In a perfect society, there would be no need for disclaimers nor for regulations regarding the posting of messages by the general public. However, with all due respect to our Agware clients and partners, who are intelligent and responsible people, we find it necessary to advise all prospective participants that Franwell, Inc. reserves the right to editorially delete portions of, or reject entirely, unacceptable messages and ads. Although we may not currently utilize discussion, chat, forums, or product/equipment advertisements, in the event that we may do so, the following guidelines have been established:
A posting delay of 8 - 16 hours for all new messages/classified ads received will enable us to properly review submitted content. For those who wish to post classified ads, we request that you please use graphics from your own Web site or obtain permission to use another's graphics that relate to your ad.
All material provided on our Web site is for informational purposes only and is subject to change. All information presented is carefully scrutinized for accuracy and appropriateness. In the event that somehow, something appears that is not in keeping with our acceptability standards (for example, our Webmaster might click the wrong editorial button), it is an unforeseen error for which we are not legally liable and it will be corrected as soon as humanly possible.
