The
Agware
Cards component is a contact resource for banks, brokers,
customers, employees, freight agencies, growers, locations,
shipping points, vendors and any other contacts a company wants
to maintain. The ability to apply multiple profile types for
any one individual or entity expands communication potential
for your company without entailing multiple entries.
This
electronic card system contains all data needed for interaction
with the subject of each Card, but it is more than just a contact
directory. Each card on file contains associative, financial,
and other business information (such as special shipping instructions,
and grower constraints) that enables more personalized transactions.
Additionally, as Agware documents are created, the card links
help maintain the integrity of identities for each transaction,
even when repeatedly edited by different users. This is especially
important when drilling through history.
Locations
can be used for any number of entities you want to track. For example,
a farm, a particular field or plot, multiple warehouses, cooling or
loading facilities can be entered as locations. Locations are automatically
coded, so reports filtered by individual locations generate specific
inventory and financial information as opposed to a general company
report.
