Arrange for a Personal Demonstration of Agware

At this time we are offering online, as well as on site demonstrations, of our Agware software by appointment.

In addition to Agware system demonstrations, Franwell is also pleased to offer live demonstrations of RFID capabilities in our own radio frequency lab. Clients interested in the integration of RFID systems with our Agware software will enjoy seeing how the technology works. For more information about rfid> Genesis, our entry level compliance solution, rfid> Genesis BC (Basic Compliance), rfid> Discovery (to test RF capabilities before, during and after implementation), rfid> Trace (for pedigree verification), or rfid> EnviroSense (for monitoring environmental conditions, such as temperature and moisture), please click the appropriate link.

Schedule Training Classes

If you are interested in receiving Agware training online, Please call (813) 752-7952 or (800) 639-1615. (Additionally, we offer on site training as well as training at our home office.)

When a client contracts with Franwell for user licenses, we help you with your initial setup and installation. Some training is included as a service to our new clients. Usually this training does not involve all the Agware users in a business.

Those who take the suggested minimum of three-days training sometimes find that they need more detailed training. Perhaps new users are added a client does not have time to adequately train their own employees in the use of Agware. Some users are seasonal and do not retain what they learned initially.
